Cubit Contracts is led by Lewis Curtis, a third generation builder with more than two decades of hands-on construction experience. Based in Henley-in-Arden and working across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands, the company specialises in high quality residential building projects including house extensions, renovations and bespoke homes.
Lewis has been featured as a construction expert at Grand Designs Live and the Homebuilding & Renovation Shows. The company’s work has also been recognised through industry awards, including Kitchen Extension Project of the Year at the Central Master Builder Awards.
Our story
Building on generations of craftsmanship
Cubit Contracts was founded by Lewis Curtis in 2021, continuing a family tradition of building knowledge that spans three generations. Lewis grew up around construction and has spent more than 22 years working in the industry, developing a reputation for quality workmanship and award winning projects.
Today Lewis works closely with homeowners, architects and designers to deliver carefully managed residential building projects. With Lewis, his family and a trusted team involved throughout each project, Cubit Contracts combines traditional craftsmanship with modern construction expertise to create homes built to the highest standards.

Lewis Curtis
Director – Construction & Renovation Expert
Lewis Curtis is the founder and director of Cubit Contracts, an award-winning construction company specialising in high-quality home extensions and renovations across the Midlands.
A third-generation builder, Lewis leads the planning and delivery of every project, ensuring each build is carefully managed from concept through to completion.
Lewis is also the Construction & Renovation Expert for the Grand Designs Live shows and previously served on the national board of the Federation of Master Builders, giving him a strong understanding of industry standards, quality construction practices and professional project management.
Harriette O’Neill
Operations & Client Administration
Harriette oversees the operational and administrative side of Cubit Contracts, helping ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes.
She manages client communication, documentation, scheduling and internal systems, supporting the structured and organised approach that Cubit applies across every project.
Her role ensures that clients receive clear communication and a professional experience from the initial enquiry through to project completion.
Dave Curtis
Senior Construction Advisor
Dave Curtis brings decades of practical construction experience across domestic building, commercial projects and residential new-build developments.
Throughout his career he has been involved in a wide range of projects, from individual homes through to larger scale developments, providing a strong foundation of construction knowledge.
As part of the wider Curtis family building background, Dave offers valuable guidance and insight that supports Cubit’s projects and helps maintain the high standards the company is known for.
