This project in Barnt Green involved constructing a single storey rear extension with a first-floor extension built above an existing ground floor extension, creating significant new living space while carefully matching the aesthetic of the original property.
Particular attention was given to ensuring the new brickwork blended seamlessly with the existing building, including detailed brick matching and specialist brick tinting where colour variation occurred across the original structure.
The completed project created a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining space alongside a utility room, master bedroom with ensuite, family bathroom and dedicated work-from-home space.
