This full ground floor renovation in Bromsgrove involved a series of structural alterations to reconfigure the layout and bring several separate rooms together into a cohesive open-plan living space.
Additional structural openings were formed to the rear elevation to accommodate slimline aluminium sliding doors with an integrated electric locking system, allowing the new space to connect seamlessly with the garden.
The interior was completed with carefully selected finishes including internal Crittall-style bi-fold doors, oak flooring and a brick slip feature wall, creating a modern and functional space designed for the family to enjoy together.
