This Master Builder award-winning kitchen extension project was designed to create a striking modern living space that blended seamlessly with the existing home.
Externally the extension features a rear gable elevation with large glazed units reaching over 3 metres in height, alongside a side elevation incorporating a feature dormer with skylight and a living roof to enhance both natural light and sustainability.
Internally the space centres around a stunning open-plan kitchen with an exposed structural steel beam, creating a bold architectural feature. Structural alterations were also carried out to open into an existing room to form a snug, while the extension further incorporated a new utility room and downstairs WC.
The completed project delivers a bright, modern and highly functional space designed for contemporary family living.
